Mobile homes or static caravans are prefabricated homes built in factories, rather than on site, and then taken to the place where they will be occupied. Triple-wides and even mobile homes with four, five, or more units are also built, although not as commonly. They also differ from site built mobile homes in that it is not uncommon for owners to "Trade up", as one might with a car. While site-built homes are rarely moved, mobile home owners often "trade", or sell their mobile home to a dealer in the form of the reduction of the purchase of a new home. These "used" homes are either re-sold to new owners, or to park owners who use them as inexpensive rental units. Single wides are more likely to be traded than double wides since removing them from the site is easier

Residents are welcome to move their own home into our parks, but we also offer options for new residents who are looking for a home. We have a selection of clean and affordable mobile homes which we can finance for you at a fair price. We are happy to work with residents who would like to own their own home, and we strive to provide options so that everyone can.
Both parks are located close to downtown Franklin and are a convenient location for families with children, individuals who work in Franklin, and anyone looking for quiet atmosphere.
